resources

When I was first pregnant, I began the process of discovery and trying to immerse myself in all things pregnancy, birth and babies.

Up until then, I had held two friends newborns in my adult life and that was the extent of my experience with babies before having my own.

Needless to say, I didn’t even know what I didn’t know at that point!

If you’re in a similar boat as I was, or are looking for additional resources that are truly useful, here are some of my curated favourites to support you on your own journey of discovery.
